Bio

         Biography of Courtney J. Davis

Hi everyone, my name is Courtney J Davis obtained my undergraduate in Secondary Education from Jacksonville State University in April of 2013. Since then I have taught in three school and two systems that include Jefferson Davis High School, Alexander City Middle School and presently Benjamin Russell High School going on two years. Within my four years of teaching, I’ve taught numerous science courses including: Physical science, Biology, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Botany, Environmental Science, Zoology and Earth & Space Science. I’ve also sponsored several clubs and organizations including coaching Wrestling and Bowling. For the last two years I've taught Environmental Science and Human Anatomy & Physiology at Benjamin Russell High School in Alexander City, Alabama within Alexander City School System and loved it. I’m very passionate about my subject and expect the best for and from my students!

I come from an awesome family in which my parents are both pastors and have four brothers. Something many may not know about me by just looking is that I sing very well and play the piano. I also enjoy being a playwright and participating in local plays. I also paint and do choreography on the side in my down time and currently I’m the first coach in my school system to bring a bowling team to our school and we’re pretty good. Please feel free to to contact me as needed either via email through my school at: codavis@acsk12.net or codavis@alex.k12.al.us or my JSU email listed as follows: cdavis4@stu.jsu.edu.
